Photograph of the Alexander Davis Cabin which consisted of one and a half stories and built of log construction on a stone foundation. It had a gabled roof of metal. It is of rectangular nature and featured two front bays and two side bays. It was built around 1812 or 1830, the exact date is unknown.

The Alexander Davis House was a two and a half story wood frame house built on a stone foundation. The roof was constructed of slate and was gabled. It was a two bay by four bay house. Distinctive detailing included plain wood entablature, ornate bargeboards, small wood brackets on the gable ends, and decorative wood carvings on the porch. It was built around 1886. Alexander Davis was a family member of the noted Dublin Davis family. The house was razed in the 2000s despite being put on the national registry in 1979.

Photograph of the Amvets of WW II Post No 8 band from Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin marching downtown at the corner of S High and W Broad. Pictured in the photo is the Adam Hat Store (managed by Louis Schwartz), as well as Nathan's Gift Shop, seller of novelty items. Nathan's Gift Shop was owned and operated by Arthur C Cohen, Lillian J Cohen, Nathan C Cohen, and Norman S Cohen.
