Dr. J. R. Heath Dies
After 49 Yrs. Service
Forty-nine years of faithful
service were ended reeenUy
with the death of Dr. J. R.
Heath, dean of the Paulding
county physicians.
Many in Pike county remember Dr. J. R. Heath. The 88-
year-old doctor was born In
this county where he received
his educational training which
enabled him to teach in the
schools of Jackaon and Piko
counties many years ago.
Dr. Heath is survived by four
sisters In Jackson county. Thcy
are Mrs. Harrison Jenkins. Mrs.
Harry Scott, Mrs. SalUc Martin
and Mrs. Martha Cart-wright. A
brother resides tn Miam_sburg.
Dr. Heath also leaves onc
son, Raymond Heath of Toledo;
and three grandchildren.
