Faxon Franklin Duane Albery (12/3/1848-1/18/1930) was born in Franklin County , Ohio and graduated from the Columbus High School in 1866 . He studied law in Berlin and Leipsic , Germany , and in 1873 , was admitted to the bar in Ohio . He worked as a special agent under the Postmaster General , and for ten years was a master commissioner of the common pleas court in Franklin County . In 1895 , he was a member of the commission to codify the insurance law of Ohio .
