LATE BULLETINS It M $1600 Fire Sweeps Columbus Eafery The Lincoln Crill, 389 W. Goodale at., was swept by a $1600 fire early Tuesday morning. (NNPA) Cafeteria service in 42 Government buildings was curtailed sharply when about 1,500 workers, 98 per cent of whom are Negro, were called out on strike in a contract dispute .The strikers are members of Local 471, United Cafeteria Workers (CIO), which claimed the walkout was 1 00 per cent successful. "Anna Lucasta" Cast Files Jimcro Suit CHICAGO. (NNPA) Two actresses, members of the cast of "Anna Lucasta," filed suit here against the Morrison hotel for refusing them accomodations when they attempted to register Dec. 21 "because of their race."
